SquareLite is developing a new generation of glass flashbulbs replacement light sources that deliver a bright and uniform broadband emission spectrum (~365nm to ~1000nm). The devices are based on a novel and patented LED packaging technology and are robust, durable, compact, light–weight and low cost, and will replace flashbulbs for optical based analytical and scientific instrumentation and systems (e.g. chemical and materials analysis, medical diagnostics, bio-sensing and process monitoring).
